Shot blasting is done for the Surface Treatment of the casting, removing all the impurities. It is coated with rust preventive oil. After our Multi-Stage Cleaning process, Housing is checked using gauges, before it is sent for machining.

Fine Cutting tools with Cutting Oil are used having High yield strength, High toughness and Bending strength.

CNC machine is programmed to perform Accurate and Precise functions using multiple tools. Tapping and Drilling is performed by VMC is used to provide top quality. The result is a quality product meeting the finest standards in the industry.

Hardness test is carried out.

EN8 steel rods are cut on fully automatic cutting machines as per the required size for the shaft. It is free cutting steel, best suited for making shafts having High hardness, High corrosion and Heat resistance, and great tensile strength.

High performance Unitized Seals are used and Leakage tests are carried out on multiple stages. 2RS Ball bearings and Integral Shaft bearings are fitted in our pumps.

The Rammer Tool gives accurate size for the bearings to be fitted perfectly. Duplicates are rampage in our line of product but as users know that water pump is the heart of the engine so quality matters and cost should not be the basis of choosing our product.
